Our Team


Sarah Gehl is a political scientist specialized in international development and human rights, with a strong commitment to social justice and democratic resilience.

A graduate of Sciences Po Strasbourg with a Master’s degree in International Relations and Development, her work lies at the intersection of humanitarian action, advocacy, and research on rising authoritarianism and hate.

She has gained extensive field experience across multiple countries. In Morocco, she contributed to the design and quality of humanitarian and development programs supporting rural women and marginalized communities. In Canada, she worked with human rights defenders monitoring political repression and violations across Latin America. In Greece, she supported unaccompanied refugee minors, while also managing partnerships and project development in the humanitarian sector.

Since 2024, she has been collaborating with 2Act4 as a research assistant, contributing to analyses on the rise of far-right populism in Europe, with a focus on online hate speech and xenophobia.
